We are mulitple award winning facilitators, performers, and communication nerds who believe work gets better when people actually understand each other.

With a combined background spanning over 35 combined years in visual effects, hospitality, leadership, and professional improvisation, we bring a uniquely human approach to corporate training.

We’ve spent our careers working in fast-paced, high-pressure environments where clear communication isn’t just a bonus:

Learn to be present, listen actively, and lead with empathy through simple, engaging conversation exercises. This workshop builds core communication skills your team can use immediately — in the room, at work, and beyond.

Take your team from talking to truly working together. This session builds on core communication skills and introduces hands-on activities to strengthen collaboration, creativity, and group decision-making.

3 hours. Zero fluff. Designed exclusively for intermediate to advanced improvisers, this bootcamp is built to challenge, stretch, and level you up. Fast. Note: This is an active improv class, not a workshop.
