Hi, we’re Andy Balloch & Justin Porter
We are mulitple award winning facilitators, performers, and communication nerds who believe work gets better when people actually understand each other.
With a combined background spanning over 35 combined years in visual effects, hospitality, leadership, and professional improvisation, we bring a uniquely human approach to corporate training.
We’ve spent our careers working in fast-paced, high-pressure environments where clear communication isn’t just a bonus — it’s survival.
Team building exercises like bowling or trivia are GREAT for allowing a team space to socialise, and connect with each other, but outside of that, do little in the way of foundationally strengthening the team.
And personal development courses tend to be information heavy, dry, and often lack concise ways in which we can build on basic principles.
My goal is to offer engaging, clear, and concise workshops that give you a clearer understanding of the communication tools you already use, so that you can practice them, polish them, and allow those day to day, hour to hour, minute to minute interactions to become more effective for you and your teams.
Because it’s one thing to have a great experience at trivia, but meaningless if that collaborative mindset, or that ability to really effectively communicate, doesn’t translate back to interactions in the workplace.
